Adulthood Redefined

When did adolescence go beyond the age of 18 years?  I know what you're saying. Adolescence goes beyond 19, 20, and sometimes even beyond 40. But for the most part, we are declared "adults" at 18 years old. You can even argue that true adulthood is reached at 21 because that's when you can publicly intoxicate yourself with alcohol!

Well, the psychological community has declared that 25 is the new adulthood.

"My experience of young people is that they still need quite a considerable amount of support and help beyond that age."

Yes, it is true. While we believe we are getting smarter, the opposite is true. We rely on computers to tell us what to do.
